Earlier today, staging of upcoming changes resulted in an issue that may have prevented newly installed Retrace agents from registering with the platform. A fix has been applied. Agents that failed initial registration will continue to attempt to register, on a delayed interval that may take up to 4 hours.

Stackify engineering will continue to monitor the situation to ensure it is fully resolved.

Stackify users may have experienced intermittent slowness or delays when accessing data in our Portal. Our team identified and resolved the issue with a third party provider by 10:00am CST.
